Welcome to Camping South Vancouver Island
Vancouver Island is a diverse and beautiful area. Although the island is primarily known for its old-growth forests, Vancouver Island also contains many other remarkable ecosystems including: marshes, meadows, beaches, mountains, oceans, rivers and lakes. It is a world renowned destination for whale watching, bird watching and salmon fishing. Because Vancouver Island has a low population density, it is easy to escape for a weekend getaway. Much of Vancouver Island is protected as parkland and it contains many awe inspiring regions to visit.
